WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
You can expect your order to be shipped approximately 1-5 days after you place it. Please note that unexpected carrier circumstances may lead to variations in the actual delivery dates. Once your order is shipped, the shipping carrier will have the latest information regarding its status and anticipated delivery date.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If your package arrives broken or if you aren't completely satisfied, simply email us at info@orgagoods.com, and we will promptly assist you. Remember, all online sales are considered final, but your satisfaction is our priority.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

You will receive all your orders through USPS or UPS at the address you have provided. Once your item is shipped, you will see a tracking number on your order. Click on the tracking link to monitor the whereabouts of your package. If you believe that USPS or UPS has lost your item or if the delivery is delayed, please contact them to locate your package. Once we hand over your package to USPS, we will not have any further information apart from what is displayed on the tracking page accessed via the tracking number link on your order.

If a package gets lost or otherwise does not get delivered

To ensure your lost package is taken care of promptly, it's important that you open a case with USPS as soon as possible. If you haven't received your package within 7-10 business days after it was shipped (U.S. only), reaching out to USPS will help track down your missing item efficiently.
