FAQ
When will my order ship?
I ship all orders within 2-5 days of receiving them. However, unexpected delays with shipping carriers can sometimes affect the actual delivery date. Once your order is on its way, the carrier will provide the most up-to-date information about its status and delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, I only ship within the United States.
Can I return an item?
If your package arrives damaged or if you’re not completely satisfied, email me at info@orgagoods.com, and I’ll take care of it. Please note that all online sales are final, but your satisfaction is my top priority.
Where is my package?
Once I ship your order, you’ll receive a tracking number via USPS or UPS. Use the tracking link provided to check the status of your package. If there’s a delay or you think your package might be lost, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, after I hand off your package to USPS or UPS, I only have access to the same tracking information you do.
What if my package is lost or not delivered?
If your package doesn’t arrive within 7-10 business days after it was shipped, please open a case with USPS or UPS as soon as possible. They’ll help track down your missing order quickly. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to me at info@orgagoods.com.
